| If
you've ever spent anytime with me, i think most people figure out that
there are not many dull moments in my life....this week was insane! So
it all started when i dropped my phone in the tiolet. yuk! gross! and
not to mention that i was in the community bathrooms here in my
dorm...not fun. So i was without a phone for about a day. But amazingly
my phone works now! (don't worry i made sure i disinfected it before i
used it). Some words of wisdom though, no matter how bad you have to go
potty always take two seconds to take your phone outta your back
pocket or bad things could happen.
Tonight i went and saw the new gymnastics movie "Stick It". O man it
was amazing! I miss gymnastics so much. The movie was good,
believeable, and there were no "dirty" parts. On our way to the movie
we saw this random cow, so we decided to take a pic with him. (i even
got to give the cow a high five! exciting!!!)

So...there was a chance of rain tonight, and well let me tell you, we
got alotta rain! When we were going to go out to the car after the
amazing gymnastics movie, it was raining cows and chickens! (instead of
cats and dogs, it was that bad) and well, being the crazy college
students we are, we decided to run in the rain to the car! Man did we
get wet!!
Even though we were all soaked to the bone, we laughed pretty hard!!!
I only have one more day of class! and thats Monday when i have all 3
of my finals...eek! so i'll be stuck in my room studying all
weekend...Call me if you want to talk cause i could always use a break from studying!!! :D

More days til i'm home for the summer!!!! :D i'm SO excited! all
my finals are on Monday, so i'll be home May 2nd!!!! woo-hoo!!!
(hopefully my family is ready for me to be home...they'd better be!)
So i had the most amazing weekend ever!!! I went home with my friend
Jenny to Owasso, and my friend Michelle came with us. We just had fun
having girl time! Saturday I rode back with Paul and some friends to
OKC and went to Frontier City for the day. It was so much fun getting
to hang out with Paul for an entire day straight. Its not very often
that we can spend hours together, so i especially enjoy the times when
we do get to hang out together. AND! to top the amazing day off... Hawk
Nelson was in concert!!!! :D So of course my concert buddy Brittany and
I went crazy again, dancing and singing with Hawk Nelson. Man i couldn't
have asked for a better day!

One last thing...I was sitting in my last lecture of Chemistry tonight,
learning about Amino Acids-the building blocks of proteins (see i did
learn something in class)... Dude, amino acids are extremely
complicated molecules, and when my teacher showed us a picture of an
amino acid and how it is put together, all I could do was praise God
for how amazing he is. I mean, WoW! figuring out how everything in the
world, from the huge sun to itsy-bitsy-tiny atoms, would work together,
so we, his children, could live here and worship him. It just blows my mind away of how BIG our God is!

| Sunday
is Easter and I'm so very excited!!! This year at school, God has
really given me a better understanding of what Jesus did for us. I've
been doing this Bible Study with some girls, and we've been studying
the Tabernacle. Everything that was in the Tabernacle points to Jesus
in some way, since he is the one who provided a new to sacrifice for
our sins. Today i learned about the Cherubim (angles) that sat on top
of the Ark of the Covanent. They were looking at the ark with their
wings spread toward Heaven. The Hebrew word for Ark of the Covanent,
was coffin or chest. If you look at John 20:12, it said how the Angles
were standing at the head and foot of where Jesus had been lying before
he rose. The Ark of the Covanent is a representation of what was to
happen years later when Jesus made the ultimate sacrifice for us! I
just think that is so awesome! Don't we serve such an amazing God?!?!

its been awhile since i've written... I had a really good week this
week. I studied alot this week, but had a pretty relaxing week. My
friend Diana and i got our hair cut this week. This time my haircut
wasn't as drastic as the last time...personally i think we look pretty
darn cute!
God has really stretched my faith this week and i have had really good
prayer times with God. Its so amazing how we serve the same God that
helped the Israelites cross the Red Sea, gave Samson his strength and
rose Jesus from the dead. That same God lives in each one of us,
and if we believe that he can turn water into wine, just think about
what he can do in our lives today. We serve a God who can do the
impossible, so why not just believe that he can do the impossible?
Guess what!!!!!!!! HAWK NELSON is coming back to OKC!!! April 22!
i'm SO excited!!! can you tell? And their new cd comes out Tuesday! man
you just gotta love Hawk Nelson!!!

| I am not a person of my word. Sorry if I told you we would hang out over spring break and we didn't. There are somethings that i'm not perfect in, and well saying something and not doing it cause i decide to be lazy is one of my down falls. I'm so sorry and feel horrible about it. Can you all forgive me?
There are times when it seems like the world is resting on your shoulders and you don't know what to do next. I'm really worried about somethings, and i've given it to God, but for some reason i'm still worrying about the stuff....Pray for me please! I love you all!!! don't forget to fall more in love with Jesus today! | | |
